Job Announcements and Employment Application

The City accepts applications for open positions only. A job announcement is posted on this website with all pertinent information including the job description. It is important that you review the job description carefully to see that you meet the minimum qualifications. The City requires a completed online application to qualify you for the application process. Incomplete applications may disqualify you from advancing through the process. Online applications will not be accepted after the posting deadline.

Most positions provide for step increases, on the employee’s anniversary date subject to successful evaluations. Cost of living increases are adjusted according to conditions of a collective bargaining agreement for represented employees. For all other positions, cost of living adjustments are determined by the City Council.
