Welcome to the City of Camas Community Development Department

The Community Development Department is comprised of three divisions: the Planning Division, the Development Engineering Division, and the Building Division. Our department provides residential and commercial customers guidance and assistance through the design, building, and project review process in hopes that this will streamline your development review, which involves collaboration from other City departments and agencies.

On June 12, 2024, the new EPL system will provide applicants with 24/7 access to apply for permits online, track permitting status, make inspection requests, and manage application re-submissions all in one user-friendly platform. Apply below!
