Ambulance Billing

Ambulance billing for the Camas/Washougal Fire Department is provided by the City of Camas. The Finance Department staff is responsible for all ambulance billing, records and reporting. The City will bill your insurance carrier or Medicare/Medicaid for the service. After the City receives payment, you may receive a bill for the remainder of your ambulance charges, including copays and deductibles.

To make a payment, request a duplicate statement, provide insurance information or inquire about a bill please call (360)817 -1579. The City of Camas understands that there are often hardships associated with this service and we will make every effort possible to provide options for payment.
