The City of Camas solicits interest from qualified engineering firms with expertise in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Instrumentation and Architecture and other expertise related to the following program elements:

Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)

Program Element 1: Existing and Emerging Regulatory Support

Program Element 2: Operator Engineering Support

Program Element 3: Capital Plan and Capital Program Support

Program Element 4: Capital Project Delivery Services

Anticipated Schedule:

  • Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Released – September 24, 2021
  • Proposals Due – October 21, 2021, no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • Evaluation of Proposals (short list if required) – October 22 to November 4, 2021
  • Interviews (if required) – week of November 8, 2021
  • Contract development – completed by November 30, 2021
  • City Council approval of 2020 Capital Plan – Date has not been determined
  • Camas City Council approval of contract – December 20, 2021
