Parking Tickets

Parking regulations are strictly enforced in the downtown Camas area. Tickets are due within 30 days of issuance. Failure to pay or contest your ticket within 30 days will result in the assessment of a $25 penalty.

All unpaid parking tickets are reported to The Department of Licensing/Motor Vehicles. This will result in your vehicle license not being renewed until all tickets are paid in full.

Pay your parking ticket

Online

Customers can pay their parking ticket online through our payment portal. Please note that when making an online payment there is a $2.50 processing fee.

In Person or By Mail

Customers can pay in person at the Finance Department in City Hall with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

Customers can also submit checks or money orders through the mail.

Contest a parking ticket

If you would like to contest your parking infraction, you may request a hearing by filling out the back of the ticket and checking the box for a mitigation hearing or a contested hearing.

If you wish to contest it but do not have the original ticket, download the Parking Ticket Hearing Request form in the Supporting Documents below.

Please submit the form electronically, by mail, or in-person to the Finance Department within 30 days of the date of the ticket. The Camas-Washington Municipal Court will notify you of the hearing date.
