Water

Sewer
Inside City Limits
Base Monthly Fee $30.04

The volume charge for residential sewer billing is based directly on water consumption during the period of Nov 1 thru Feb 28. For the remainder of the year, volume charges for sewer are still based directly on water use, but will not exceed the average winter use from the period of Nov 1 thru Feb 28.
Garbage
Roller cans are provided by the City in a 35 gallon or 65 gallon size at no cost to the customer. Weekly pick-up is required, with the exception of the 35 gallon can, which may be scheduled for an every-other-week pick-up. Customers must have their can(s) curb or roadside by 6:30 a.m. on the service day.

Recycling
$7.63/month for weekly service.
Pickup is the same day as your garbage service day. Residents will be provided with a 65-gallon container for mixed recyclables and a small plastic tote for glass at no cost. Contact Waste Connections at 360-892-5370 to request the placement of bins.
Yard Debris
Billing for optional yard debris service comes as a separate statement from Waste Connections. Contact Waste Connections at 360-892-5370 to sign up for the yard debris program.
Storm Water
Inside City Limits $15.38 per month.
