Meet the Staff- Leah

Leah came to us with a background in academic libraries but always knew that public libraries was where she belonged. As a kid growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Leah dreamed of being an author/illustrator. One of the books she wrote even got her the chance to attend the Young Author's Conference in the 2nd grade!

When Leah is not at the library, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world (ask her about her most recent trip to London!), listening to podcasts (mostly of the murder variety), and knitting.

Here are some bookish things about Leah:

Meet the Staff- Elliot Stapleton

Elliot hails from the Midwest and he loves libraries. He recently started working at Camas Public Library and leads the Preschool Storytimes. His favorite picture books are Crunch, The Shy Dinosaur and Last Stop on Market Street. When Elliot’s not at the library he likes to read, go running, listen to music, and he especially loves spending time with his family. Elliot is very excited to be a part of the Camas Public Library team.
