City of Camas to Introduce New Utility Bill Due Date as Part of New Software
Officials with the City of Camas are excited to announce the implementation of new utility billing software. The new software will have several new benefits including monthly billing and is anticipated to launch this April.
However, one major change residents need to be aware of is an upcoming change in the billing due date, which will be adjusted starting with the billing statement residents will receive at the beginning of May.
The statement due date will be May 21, 2025, as such all future monthly bills will be due on the 21st day of the billing month.
For those currently enrolled in automatic payment, the last automatic payment the City will process will be April 10, 2025. After this date, residents will need to re-enroll for automatic payments in the new customer portal.
