Master Plan

In 2009, the City developed a 20-year master plan for the cemetery. The primary goal of the plan was to assess the current conditions, future needs, and financial health of the cemetery; as well as provide a road map for the future that would help guide capital investment, service needs, meeting community expectations, budget requirements, and financing.

Cemetery Hours, Rules & Regulations

  • Cemetery visiting hours are 6 a.m. to dusk
  • Located at 630 N.E. Oak Street
  • No animals allowed (except service animals)
  • Firearms are only permitted on cemetery grounds for military funerals
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and must be supervised at all times
  • No glass containers are permitted on gravesites
  • Headstones and monuments may not be handled, climbed upon, mistreated, or defaced; this includes relocating or altering in any way (professional engravings excluded)

The City requires a completed online application to qualify you for the application process. Incomplete applications may disqualify you from advancing through the process.
