PUBLIC NOTICE
Extending the Interim Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance    

Pursuant to RCW 35A.63.220, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will occur on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 616 NE 4th Avenue;

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that residents can attend remotely per the details included on the agenda available on the City website a few days prior to the meetings www.cityofcamas.us/meetings;

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the purpose of this public hearing is to take public testimony about the Interim Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance;

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may be heard at the hearing. In addition, written testimony can be sent to publiccomments@cityofcamas.us at any time between this publication and the completion of the hearing; and

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing, and any non-English speaking person wishing to participate in the hearing, is asked to advise the City at least five days before the hearing by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at 360-834-6864 or by email at cityclerk@cityofcamas.us.
