THIS IS TO SERVE AS NOTICE that a decision of the request for an appeal has been rendered for the approval related to a Type II Site Plan Review Application for the 13th Street Gas Station. The proposal includes the construction of an 8-pump gas station, a 4,100 square-foot convenience store, and a drive-thru car wash, located at 20101 NE 13th Street, in the BP - Business Park Zone. In summary, the Hearing Examiner has:
a) DENIED the SEPA and substantive appeals,
b) Affirmed the director’s decision and APPROVED File SPRV23-06 (13th Street Gas Station), subject to the conditions of approval contained in the Final Order.

JUDICIAL APPEALS (Refer to CMC§18.55.240)
The city's final decision on an application may be appealed by a party of record with standing to file a land use petition in Clark County Superior Court. Such petition must be filed within twenty-one days after issuance of the decision, as provided in Chapter 36.70C RCW.
