Transportation Benefit District

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will occur on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 616 NE 4th Avenue;

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that residents can attend remotely per the details included on the agenda available on the City www.cityofcamas.us/meetings a few days prior to the meetings;

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the purpose of this public hearing is to take public testimony about the Camas City Council assuming the rights, powers, functions and obligations of the Transportation Benefit District.

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may be heard at the hearing. In addition, written testimony can be sent to publiccomments@cityofcamas.us at any time between this publication and the completion of the hearing; and

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing, and any non-English speaking person wishing to participate in the hearing, is asked to advise the City at least five days before the hearing by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at 360-834-6864 or by email at administration@cityofcamas.us.
