Join Ripple Wellness for an early morning of Forest Bathing, based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku. 

Forest Bathing is an immersive experience in moving through nature with all of our five senses. It is proven to decrease stress, improve focus and creativity, and provide a feeling of ease and well-being. It is different from hiking in that this is a meandering walk with a sequence of activities to facilitate deep connection with ourselves and our surroundings.
