How It Works

Read anything you want, log each day you read, and earn prizes! Read any amount on any 40 days between June 15 and August 17 to complete the program, and then come to the Library to pick up your prizes. Choose how you log your reading:

Prizes for Kids and Teens

You have the chance to win prizes all summer long! For every 10 days of reading you complete, you will be able to visit the Library and claim a prize. Prizes will be available for pick up during the Prize Nook Hours listed below. On your first two visits, you'll receive a small prize. On the third visit, you'll get a scratch-off ticket, with the chance to win either a small prize or mid-level prize. Upon completing the program, you'll receive a book and another scratch-off ticket, with the possibility of winning either another small prize or a grand prize. Last day to pick up prizes: Saturday, August 24.

Prize Nook Hours

Mondays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tuesdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wednesdays: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Thursdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Fridays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Grand Prizes include: Kindles, Oaks Park wristbands, Stanley cups, and more!
