Placing Holds

Holds can be placed through the online catalog or over the phone.

Holds Notification

Notification is sent via email or by a phone call, and items are held for 10 business days. Please let the Library know if you no longer need the item.

Picking Up a Held Item

Held items are located in the Library on the Holds shelves adjacent to the Service Desk. Holds are shelved alphabetically by the first four letters of your last name, and your first initial.

Request New Items or InterLibrary Loan

If the Library doesn't have something you're looking for, let us know. Request an Item. We review requests for possible purchase and if chosen not to purchase we can borrow the item from thousands of libraries across the United States for you through InterLibrary Loan.

Curbside Hold Pickup Services
