We advise residents to limit trips and avoid area on East 1st AVE between NE 3rd AVE and NE Joy ST, and NE Joy ST between East 1st AVE and NE 2nd AVE
Monday 9/14 we will have no parking allowed during daytime hours, starting at 7AM until end of shift, for final surface preparation work.
Tuesday 9/15 we will be overlaying the existing roadway. No parking starting at 7 AM. Roadway will be open and on street parking will be allowed once asphalt is cooled and safe to drive on.
Traffic control will be present on Monday and Tuesday. Paving is associated with Lacamas Creek pump station Improvements.
