Washougal River Greenway Trail
Washougal River Greenway Trail is a 2.2 mile trail located on the eastern edge of Camas that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The southeastern trailhead is located near a residential area at the intersection of SE Yale St. and NE 2nd Ave. The northwestern trailhead is located next to Baz Park off of 3rd Loop. The trail is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
One of the highlights on the trail is the steel-and-wood pedestrian bridge, which allows hikers to cross the Washougal River with unobstructed views up and down the river. When the river is low, you can sometimes see rocks on the river bottom and the occasional trout or salmon.
